This property was allegedly stolen from a family of Color in a housing discrimination case. 

HOA fined the family for a plastic mesh fence in the back yard ,while there were blatant violations on Caucausian neighbor's properties.

 One in particular at the time, was the  HOA president, operated an illegal paint shop at the end of the block with the big barn. Painting cars in the yard, without a covering.  

The family prevailed in the case nothing monetary just legal fees refunded,property forclosed.

 In the original blurry bylaws it stated there should be no ownership of Minorities in description.
